To ensure your wardrobe arrives in perfect condition and is easy to move into your home, we take a careful, multi-step approach to our packaging.

All wardrobe carcasses are supplied flat-pack, rather than pre-assembled. To prevent any scratches or scuffs during transit, every painted component is securely wrapped in protective paper and sturdy cardboard. Additionally, all necessary hardware, fittings, and step-by-step installation instructions are provided together in a separate, clearly marked box so they are easy to locate.

The final way your order is packed for transit depends on the delivery method chosen:

• If we deliver directly to you: The flat-pack parts will be securely stacked on a pallet.
• If delivered via an external courier: The parts will be stacked on a pallet with additional protective wrapping and safeguards to ensure everything remains completely secure whilst travelling through the courier network.
