  1. Zone 1: £100 – This zone covers areas closest to our factory.
  2. Zone 2: £150 – This zone includes areas at a moderate distance from our factory.
  3. Zone 3: £200 – This zone encompasses the furthest areas we deliver to.
  4. Zone 3: £250 – This zone encompasses the furthest areas we deliver to.

Please note that these charges are for the delivery of large items such as wardrobe carcasses, doors, and trims.

Shipping for Small Items

For smaller items, we offer a standard shipping service. The shipping (postage) charge for small items is £15, plus VAT. This service is ideal for items that are easier to handle and require standard shipping procedures.

Local Pickup

We also offer a local pickup option for our customers. If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can do so from our location at AL7. There is no charge for local pickup.

Packaging

Ensuring the safe delivery of your products is our top priority. We take special care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit:

  • Painted Items: To protect the finish of painted items, we wrap them in paper and then package them in sturdy cardboard.
  • Laminated Carcasses: Our laminated carcasses are carefully wrapped in stretch film and fitted with protective corners to safeguard against impacts and scratches during transportation.

  • All deliveries are curbside only; further assistance may be arranged upon request, possibly incurring additional charges.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the location and accessibility of the delivery address.
  • We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but please allow a standard lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
  • Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
