If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of postage. However, in the event of a confirmed factory fault, we will reimburse you for the cost of postage. All retruns or refund requests have to be submitted in writing to support@fittedwardrobedoors.co.uk.

3. Timeframe for Returns

We accept return requests within 2 days from the confirmed delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

4. Packaging

All products must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds will only be issued in the case of confirmed factory faults. If a fault is detected, the company reserves the right to either replace the faulty item or issue a refund, as determined by our inspection.

8. Refund Processing

In the event that a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
